get caught up in daily life—
school, sports, friendships, and more. But what if we took just 90 seconds to pause? In that short time, we can reset our minds, reflect on choices, and decide how we want to show up in the world. A brief moment of stillness can make a big difference.
Breathing, thinking, and envisioning goals helps us make better decisions and face challenges with a clear head. It’s like giving our brains a quick reset. Whether during a busy school day or after practice, these moments connect us to our feelings and remind us of the impact we can have. Let’s use those 90 seconds to power up as change-makers. Adults have had their chance—now it’s time for youth to lead. World Changers United puts power in the hands of the next generation.
Grown-ups have talked big but failed to deliver. These young leaders aren’t waiting—they’re reflecting, adjusting, and making real changes. Their commitment to positivity and responsibility isn’t just admirable—it’s necessary.
The world needs fresh energy, bold ideas, and fearless action. Youth are already stepping up. It’s time to listen, support their mission, and follow their lead to build a future that works.
The World Changers Board:
We have worked hard to form a traditional Board of Directors to become an official 501(c)(3) non-profit. Along the way, we’ve faced many challenges, including legal barriers limiting access to resources. We’ve also faced strong spiritual resistance—symbolized by demons 👿 and dragons 🐉—that stand against the positive shift World Changers United 🌎 seeks to make.
Chairman of the Board - Easton:
A visionary young leader, Easton holds the esteemed title of Chairman of the Board. With his innate ability to understand complex situations and a compassionate heart, he guides his peers in fostering creativity, teamwork, and empathy. Easton's leadership style is characterized by his thoughtful approach and keen insight, making him an inspiring role model for others.. Under his guidance, the Board thrives on collaboration and fun, proving that even the youngest voices can make a significant impact. Easton learned at a very young age the importance of stopping 🛑 to BREATHE. 🧘♀️
Damien
An innovative member of the World Changers Board, Damien is determined to invent and build solutions that will make a huge impact on the world. His passion and creativity inspire his peers as he works towards transforming his visionary ideas into reality!
Sharbelle
A vibrant Fashionista who adores pink, butterflies, and unicorns, she embodies the magic of transformation and wisdom. With a deep connection to her Nanna Shell and an inspirational future as Chief Inspiration Officer for World Changers, Sharbelle is committed to embracing love, kindness, and her unique purpose in changing the world!
Macie & LaCie
A dynamic duo and soccer enthusiasts, bring teamwork, energy, and dedication to the World Changers board. Their passion for the game mirrors their commitment to making a positive impact.
David
Shelly’s nephew and Board Liaison to the Chief Inspiration Officer, brings youthful energy and insight to the World Changers team. An avid tennis player, David balances his passion for sports with a strong commitment to supporting the board’s mission and inspiring change.
Blaise
Like his name, Blaise takes things seriously while blazing a trail of positivity and kindness—the true meaning behind his “name.”, he lights the way for a better world with passion and heart.
Abby
A talented 16-year-old freshman from Ridgefield, WA, Abby is not only an awesome hockey player but also a spirited team player. Her dedication to the sport and positive attitude inspire her teammates as she pursues her passion with determination and enthusiasm!
Natalie
Natalie is a dedicated dog trainer committed to helping dogs and their owners reach their full potential. She believes training isn’t just about the dogs—it’s about everyone learning to be their best selves. Evolved, smart, and healthy, Natalie emphasizes wisdom, knowledge, and setting strong boundaries in her approach to training and personal growth.
Alex & Kyler
Alex and Kyler, Special Liaisons for the Board, keep Chief Inspiration Officer Shelly and senior board members informed. Both 21, Kyler works installing stone counters in remodels, while Alex supports aging family members. Engaged this April, they are brilliant, driven, and soon to be homeowners. They bring invaluable wisdom to the Board and keep the Management Team connected.
Matthew
Matthew is a dedicated high school junior and an honor student in his Junior ROTC program. Known for his strong leadership skills and commitment, he serves as a liaison to the Kids Board, effectively bridging communication between students and program leadership. Matttheew consistently demonstrates discipline, responsibility, and a passion for serving his school community. His role as a liaison highlights his ability to collaborate, advocate, and lead with integrity, making him a respected member of both the ROTC and his school. Matthew’s dedication to excellence extends beyond academics and ROTC, as he actively participates in activities that contribute to the growth and welfare of his peers.
